Paralleling the Bucks County and Philadelphia city line, PA 132 is a 15.1 mile long route between Neshaminy and Eddington. PA 132 lines Street Road southeast from PA 611 (Easton Road) in Warrington township to Warminster, Southampton and Bensalem. The south end of the state route connects with U.S. 13 and Interstate 95.

Construction from Fall 2018 to Fall 2021 rebuild the exchange joining PA 132 (Street Road) with U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) into a folded diamond interchange.
