Traveling east along the Miami Lakes city line, SR 826 reaches the diamond interchange with NW 67th Avenue / Ludlam Road. 04/04/14
NW 67th Avenue leads south to the Miami Lakes Town Center retail area and north to a myriad of developments in unincorporated Miami-Dade County including Country Club of Miami Estates, Country Lake Manor and the Moors. 04/04/14
Forthcoming SR 823 (NW 57th Avenue / Red Road) follows a linear route north from U.S. 27 in Hialeah 9.70 miles to the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike (HEFT) at Miramar. 04/04/14

The Palmetto Expressway meets State Road 823 (NW 57th Avenue / Red Road) by Palmetto Lakes Industrial Park in west Miami Gardens. SR 823 extends north to Pembroke Pines, Cooper City and Davie in Broward County. 04/04/14
The SR 826 eastbound off-ramp merges onto NW 167th Street ahead of SR 823 (NW 57th Avenue). Red Road constitutes a heavily traveled commercial arterial lined with big box retail, car dealerships and fast food franchises in both directions. 04/04/14
Continuing east from SR 823, the Palmetto Expressway advances a quarter mile to NW 47th Avenue (former SR 847). 03/04/14
NW 47th Avenue joins SR 826 with Palmetto Lakes Industrial Park to the south and the Carol City community to the north. SR 847 lines the arterial north from SR 860 (NW 183rd Street) to the Broward County line by the HEFT. 03/04/14

NW 37th Avenue / Douglas Road heads south from the Palmetto Expressway to Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) and the city of Opa-Locka. North from the diamond interchange with SR 826, the arterial continues to Lake Lucerne in Miami Gardens. 03/04/14
SR 826 (Palmetto Expressway) converges with SR 817 (NW 27th Avenue) by the Bunche Park community in Miami Gardens at the succeeding diamond interchange. 03/04/14
SR 817 stems north from SR 9 in Opa-Locka along NW 27th Avenue through Miami Gardens to Hard Rock Stadium, home of the NFL Miami Dolphins. Spanning 25.87 miles in length, the state road concludes at Coral Springs in Broward County. 03/04/14
The Golden Glades Interchange lies two miles beyond the off-ramp for SR 817 (NW 27th Avenue) and NW 22nd Avenue to Bunche Park. 03/04/14
The Palmetto Expressway runs along the north side of the Bunch Park neighborhood to the diamond interchange with NW 17th Avenue. 03/04/14
The off-ramp for NW 17th Avenue joins parallel NW 167th Street east leading to NW 12th Avenue and Sunshine State Industrial Park. SR 9 angles northeast alongside the industrial park and combines with U.S. 441 (NW 7th Avenue) leading into the adjacent Golden Glades Interchange with SR 826. 03/04/14
Completed in 1964, the Golden Glades Interchange joins the north end of the Palmetto Expressway with Interstate 95, the Florida's Turnpike mainline, U.S. 441 (NW 7th Avenue / NW 2nd Avenue) and the continuation of SR 826 east along NE 167th Street. 03/04/14
The I-95 Express Lane flyover at the Golden Glades Interchange comes into view at the half diamond interchange with NW 13th Avenue. 03/04/14, 07/25/17
Entering the Golden Glades Interchange, the Palmetto Expressway splits with a two lane ramp utilizing the Florida's Turnpike roadway south to I-95. A Breezewood style connection joins SR 826 east with I-95 north via U.S. 441 (NW 7th Avenue). 07/25/17
SR 826 bends northeast to a subsequent ramp joining the south end of the Florida's Turnpike mainline. SR 826 follows the Turnpike roadway east to NW 2nd Avenue in the city of North Miami Beach. 07/25/17
SR 826 (NE 163rd Street) meets the north end of SR 909 (Dixie Highway) one block west of U.S. 1 in North Miami Beach. 05/07/06
U.S. 1 parallels the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railroad through North Miami Beach between North Miami and Aventura. 05/07/06
U.S. 1 (Biscayne Boulevard) constitutes an eight lane arterial through North Miami Beach. 05/07/06
