Forthcoming U.S. 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) provides a direct route to World Drive north to Hollywood Studios and Disney's Magic Kingdom. 06/09/18

Founded in 1994, Celebration is a master-planned community constructed by the Disney Corporation. SR 429 along the Western Beltway opened north from I-4 to U.S. 192 on December 8, 2006. Completion of the toll road fueled suburban development along the route including Indian Ridge, Four Seasons at Orlando and Margaritaville Resort Orlando. 06/09/18

The Encore Resort was developed from 2016 to 2018 along the north side of I-4 by the exchange (Exit 60) with SR 429 north. Construction through Spring 2023 completes SR 429 along Wekiva Parkway east from Lake County to I-4 at Sanford. 06/09/18

Running west to U.S. 27 at Deen Still Road and east to Loughman and Poinciana Parkway (SR 538), Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR 54) spans Interstate 4 beyond this confirming marker. This shield assembly was relocated further west beyond the overpasses for CR 54 in 2023. 09/13/22
The Enclaves at Festival development got underway in 2020 along the north side of I-4 from CR 54 southwest toward the succeeding exit with U.S. 27. U.S. 27 is a heavily traveled arterial linking Haines City with Clermont and the sprawling Four Corners area, where Lake, Orange, Osceola and Polk Counties come together. 09/13/22
A parclo B2 interchange connects I-4 with U.S. 27 at Exit 55. U.S. 27 serves suburban development throughout the corridor from Four Corners south to Haines City. Posner Park, a big box retail center, was added to the southeast quadrant of the forthcoming exchange in 2008. 09/13/22
