U.S. 80/SR 26 parallel I-516/SR 21-25 along Bay Street west from Lathrop Avenue to Main Street in Garden City.
Curving southwest from Main Street, U.S. 80/SR 26 intersect SR 26SP (Burnsed Avenue), a 0.20 mile long link with I-516/SR 21-25.
SR 307 (Dean Forest Road) constitutes an 8.47 mile long collector south to U.S. 17/SR 25 (Ogeechee Road) at Savannah and north to SR 25 (Main Street) at Garden City and Port Wentworth.

SR 17 follows Jimmy DeLoach Parkway northeast 8.86 miles to I-95 and the Sonny Dixon Interchange with SR 21 and SR 21AL in Port Wentworth.
Jimmy DeLoach Parkway south to Interstate 16 at Little Neck Road was designated as SR 17CO in 2020.
